printinK studio was founded in Melbourne in 2005 by Jason Cesani, Nadia Husiak and Lisa Carroll, who met while studying textile design at RMIT.
With over a decade’s experience working with textile companies, both locally and abroad, the trio decided to combine their skills to create their own studio.
Based in West Melbourne, printinK studio creates and prints fabrics for leading Australian designers in fashion, interiors and home furnishings. printinK studio passionately believes in retaining the artisan skills and uniqueness of hand screen printing within Australia.
To compliment their successful printing and design service printinK studio felt a strong desire to build and create their own brand. In 2008 tinker by printinK studio was launched, with a focus on childrenswear, fashion accessories, home furnishings and wallpaper. Innovative designs with a refreshing approach to colour and proportion create the distinctive tinker by printinK studio look.
